2026 Spain Trip
Every year, our graduating class embarks on a special journey that has become one of our most cherished traditions. This experience is much more than a celebration of our students' accomplishments; it is an opportunity to create lasting memories, compete internationally, and immerse ourselves in a different culture.
Our adventure begins when we land in Madrid, filled with excitement and anticipation. From there, we board a bus and travel several hours north to the beautiful city of Logroño, located in the heart of Spain's famous La Rioja region. The scenic drive introduces us to the stunning Spanish countryside and marks the beginning of an unforgettable week.

YSIFC 2014 Graduating Team
While in Logroño, our teams participate in two competitive tournaments against Spanish clubs and other international teams that travel from various countries to take part in the event. These matches provide our athletes with the chance to challenge themselves against different styles of play, build friendships with players from around the world, and represent our program on an international stage.
The trip is not only rewarding for the athletes but also for the families who join us. Parents, siblings, and supporters have the opportunity to experience Spanish culture firsthand, enjoying local cuisine, historic landmarks, and the warm hospitality of the region. Many families take time to explore nearby destinations such as Navarra and Pamplona, discovering charming streets, beautiful architecture, and rich cultural traditions.
Beyond the competition, the trip teaches valuable lessons about teamwork, independence, and cultural appreciation. It allows our graduating class to celebrate years of hard work together while creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Each year, we return home with new friendships, unforgettable experiences, and a deeper appreciation for the world around us. Our graduation trip to Spain has become a tradition that our students and families look forward to, and it remains one of the most meaningful experiences of the year.
