No refunds after player registration. Except under extraordinary circumstances, partial refunds and credits will be considered for serious injuries.

All classes are subject to cancellation before program start date due to registration numbers or for any other reason.

All class/practice and game times and hours are subject to change.

YSI practices, classes and camps will aim to meet rain or shine but, in the rare instance of a thunderstorm and/or lightening and/or other extreme rain or weather during, or prior to, any outdoor YSI sessions, YSI does reserve the right to cancel a session if the conditions are unsuitable and/or dangerous. If the forecast on the day of a given session clearly calls for thunderstorms and/or lightning before the start of the session, YSI programs might be cancelled in advance of the session starting. Determination whether to cancel a session will be made and cancellation notices will be given no more than two hours BEFORE the session starts and no less than one hour BEFORE the session starts. Cancellation notices will be sent via email and social media (Instagram and Facebook).

YSI will do its best to make up classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather. No refunds or credits will be issued in the event that a class can not be rescheduled. As far as weekly camps, if more than two out of the 5 days of camp are cancelled due to the weather, then a half tuition refund will be issued to all registrants. If one or two days out of the 5 days is cancelled, then no refund will be issued. We would rather be on the field coaching and learning but, unfortunately, the weather is out of our control.
