1. DAILY SCHEDULE

• 9:00–12:00 PM: Youth Soccer International Half-Day Camp. Location: Alcott Field
• 12:00–12:45 PM: Supervised transition to Jen's Camp
• 12:45 PM–End of Day: Jen's Camp Full-Day Camp. Location: Lincoln Elementary

2. TRANSITION & SUPERVISION DETAILS

• Children will be walked from Alcott to Jen's Camp (approx. 10-minute walk).
• The group will be supervised by:
  • 1 counselor from Jen's Camp, and
  • 1 staff member from Youth Soccer International
• Children remain under adult supervision at all times during the transition.
• Once children arrive at Jen's Camp, they officially join the Jen's Camp program.

3. WHO IS THIS OPTION FOR

This transition option is available only for families registered for both Youth Soccer International (morning camp) and Jen's Camp (full-day camp).

4. PARENT PICK-UP & DROP-OFF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Morning drop-off: YSI specified location @ Alcott Elementary
• Afternoon pick-up: Jen's specified location @ Lincoln Elementary
• Parents do not need to be present during the transition
• If a child is not attending Jen's Camp that day, families must pick up their child at Alcott by 12:00 PM.

5. SAFETY & EMERGENCY

Both organizations have reviewed the transition plan and safety procedures. Staff will carry emergency contact information during the transition.

6. CONSENTS ACKNOWLEDGMENT

A permission slip will be required for the duration of camp, granting consent for the camper(s) to participate in the supervised walk from YSI’s camp to Jen’s Camp.

7. FAQ

What if it’s raining?
The transition plan will be adjusted for safety, and families will be notified if needed.

Can my child walk alone or with a sibling?
No, all children must stay with the supervised group.
