Bio
Rodrigo ("Rody"), born in Asunción, Paraguay, took his first steps in the world of soccer on the fields of Sportivo Trinidense, a first division team renowned in his country for its tradition and quality. His passion for the sport led him to cross the ocean to Spain, where he continued to cultivate his talent both on the field and on the sidelines. He joined ED Moratalaz, a local team that would become the first step in his career as a coach.
Rody continued on the quest for learning. He completed his training achieving the level 2 technical sports level, equivalent to the prestigious UEFA "A" advanced soccer course, an accomplishment that attests to his dedication and skills in the field of coaching.
After Rodrigo moved to the United States, he continued immersing himself in a new adventure as a summer camp coordinator and coach with the Real Madrid Foundation and the PSG Foundation, organizing summer camps across the Midwest. During three summers, Rodrigo had the opportunity to influence young talents and impart to them the values and techniques he had acquired throughout his career.
Although initially drawn towards physical education in Paraguay, Rodrigo ultimately found his place in soccer coaching in Spain and now in the US. His international experience and adept teaching and leadership skills have earned him respect within the sports community, inspiring upcoming generations both within and beyond the playing field.
