Hector grew up in Venezuela and has been passionate about soccer his entire life. He played professionally in Venezuela, including in the First Division with Estrella Roja FC, before earning a degree in Public Accounting from Universidad Santa Maria on scholarship.

He later worked in corporate advisory and risk management at EY before moving to Chicago in 2014, where he has built his coaching career around player development, technical growth, and a genuine love for the game.

Hector is a U.S. Soccer C License coach and has spent the past three years as part of the coaching staff for the Illinois Youth Soccer Association’s Olympic Development Program (ODP), helping identify and develop top players from across the state for regional and national advancement.
